Abandoned Newspaper Racks

These somber images of unwanted newspaper racks in a Belmont, CA storage yard pretty much sum up the state of the publishing industry.

Update: The boxes belonged to the San Francisco Chronicle and had been removed per city rules, not due to recession. We apologize for the mistake. Thanks Michael for the tip.
